I'd recommend Park's Ford Stirling to anyone because from looking, choosing my car and getting my car within 48hrs is outstanding. Staff absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Will definitely look at getting another car from ford stirling in the future.
I would not recommend Park's Ford Stirling because we felt mislead on a number of minor factors in the purchase. There were also several unnecessary delays that could have been easily forgiven but instead were just blamed on other members of staff. Overall explanation of the electric aspects of the car were not well explained. We had further discussion with the store manager and he confirmed several aspects of the initial description were not accurate. We were also due to have our second baby the same week and therefor unable to follow up on some issues. When raising these issues with the store manager there were comments made to my wife regarding her “hormones.” The salesman was friendly and helpful but we are unsure why there were so many different explanations given for errors and ultimately feel mislead on the car purchase.
Park's Ford Stirling were really helpful and I'd recommend them because sales persons great,dealt with Craig Watt and Grant Craven and both brilliant.
